2 Baby Ruth candy bars (2.1 oz ea.) chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chopped candy bars. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful 2” apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove immediately to wire racks and cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
