4 lbs. hot bulk sausages or 2 lbs. hot sausage
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Roll into small balls and brown in 1 tbsp. oil.

FOR SAUCE: 3 c. catsup, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 6 tbsp. white wine. Pour sauce over sausage balls and simmer on stove top for 30 minutes.
