1lb roll of regular flavor sausage(Jimmy Dean or HEB)
1lb roll of hot sausage
1 stick margarine
1lb fresh sliced mushrooms or 2-3 small cans
1-1 1/2 chopped onion
1-1 1/2 chopped celery
1/4c chopped parsley
other herbs if desired - basil, rosemary(small amount)
2-3 cans chicken broth
2 eggs
Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 package of herb and 1 package
of cornbread ( cubes or crumbs - if using 16 oz bags may n
need to use less than the whole bag)

Directions:
1. Brown sausage rolls ( break apart and stir as it is cooking)
then drain well on paper towels
2. Saute mushrooms, celery, and onion in margarine
3. Combine in large bowl the sauage, and sauted vegetables
4. Add dressing bags, parsley, eggs, and small amount of salt
and pepper - stir altogether
5. Add chicken broth as needed to make moist
6. Put mixture into large casserole thatt has been sprayed
with Pam
7. Bake 350 for about 45 - 60 min (until top is brown)
8. Don't overbake and dry out. If needed, sprinkle water on to
moisten

Make the sausage several days ahead of needed time and
