2 lb Figs, finely chopped or ground
Zest from 2 Oranges
6 Chocolate Almond Bars
1 Can(15oz)Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Clove mix
1 lb heated Honey
3/4 lb Peach Preserves

DOUGH
1lb Margarine
1/2 Cup Sugar
8 Cups Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
6 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Warm milk as needed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add figs, orange zest, broken up chocolate bars, pineapple, nuts and cinnamon & cloves mix.
Now add honey, preserves. Mix well

DOUGH
Add all ingredients for dough. Use milk to make dough.

On a floured surface roll out dough into a rectangle.
Option 1. Place fruit filling on entire dough surface. Tightly foll up. Place on greased and floured pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly, evenly browned. When cooled cover in powdered sugar glaze. cut in 1 1/2# slices and place on platter.

Option 2.Fill with fruit mix on half of the dough. Fold half of the dough onto fruit mix dough. Cut into 1 inch squares. Wet and seal all sides of cookies with fork. Place on cookie sheet.
Cook at 375 degrees
