8 large eggs or 2 per person
3 Cups Milk
4 Cups Flour
Vanilla to taste
Butter or non stick spray
Syrup, honey, frosting, cream cheese, fruit etc

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs and 1 cup of milk in a mixing bowl and belnd together. Gratually add flour alternating with milk to form a batter that is very runny. Add Vanilla to taste. This is best made the night before of several hours ahead. Add more milk to get desired consistency.
Heat large round skillet on med heat. Spray and add 3/4 to 1 cup of batter, depending on size of skillet. When bubbles begin to burst, turn over and cook other side til golden brown.
Serve with syrup, cream cheese, fruit, jellies etc. Use your imagination.
