LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
Ingredients:

½ c Lemon Juice, fresh
½ c Sugar
2 c Water

In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and water. Simmer gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved. Continue to simmer for another two (2) minutes. Set aside to cool.
 

YUZU LEMONADE
Ingredients:

Raw sugar, to rim glasses
Ice
Japanese Vodka, such as Haku
Yuzu Juice or Kabosu Juice
Elderflower Liqueur
Sparkling Mineral Water
Lemon Rind to garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Fill your sugar rimmed glasses with ice.

In a shaker, add ice, approximately two (2) parts Lemon Simple Syrup to one (1) part vodka, 1-2 parts yuzu juice, and one (1) part elderflower liqueur, to taste. Shake well and pour over ice.

Top off with sparkling mineral water and garnish with lemon rind.
