1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup peanut butter (I use chunky)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup peanuts (I use honey roasted)
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan over medium heat, begin melting butter. When the butter is half melted, add peanut butter and stir until both are melted. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix together the butters and the rest of the ingredients.
Press the dough into a sheet cake size pan and smooth.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown on top.
Cool in pan until cool to the touch.

Actually, this dough falls apart and is more like a trail mix. Once you start eating this you cannot stop. Kids love it. Everybody loves it.
