1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1/3 c. plus 2 T. sugar, divided
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
6 T. cold butter, cubed
1 c. buttermilk

1 c. rasberries
1 c. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
mix flours, 1/3 c. sugar, powder, soda and salt in mixing bowl. Add cubed butter, mix until incorporated. add buttermilk followed by raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface. divide dough into 8 scones. top with sugar bake at 425 for 10-15 mins or until golden brown on top.
