4 boneless chicken breasts
4 medium potatoes, cubed
2 cups baby carrots
1 (23 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup half and half
1 (1 oz. packet dry ranch dressing mix
salt and pepper (I add my garlic salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Place baby carrots and cubed potatoes in crock pot, then top with chicken breasts that have been seasoned.

Stir together soup, ranch dressing mix, half & half, until combined then pour mixture over the chicken.

Cover crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours (or on low for 7-8 hrs.) until chicken and veggies are cooked through.

I just made this and it is so easy for a easy dinner. Just throw everything in crock pot and you have a delicious meal.
