One recipe of my cornbread baked and crumbled
1 medium onion diced
3-4 slices of white bread soaked with about a teaspoon of water and squeezed-out
1 teaspoon of salt
1 raw egg
dash of pepper
palm of your hand full of dried leaf sage mashed in between your palms
2-3 boiled eggs chopped
Two-quart pan full of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Crumble cornbread into large baking pan and add the squeezed-out bread slices and mix in with cornbread. Add diced onion, salt, pepper and raw egg.
Start adding broth a little at a time. Take a whisk and mash mixture in sort of a soupy mixture. Mix in sage and chopped boiled eggs. Bake in greased pan until set and lightly browned. It takes about 1½ hours.
