Preheat oven to 375º; butter a 10" fluted tube pan.

¾ c butter
2 bags mirepoix veggies (or fresh onion, celery, pepper)
1 c chopped apple
3 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 egg lightly beaten
2 16oz pkgs refrigerated biscuits, separated & quartered.

Directions:

Cook veggies & apple in butter 8-10 min.
Stir in fresh herbs, seasoning, salt & pepper.
Let cool 15 min. Stir in egg. Add biscuits; toss to coat evenly.
Spoon into prepared pan; press down lightly.
Bake 45 min or until golden brown.
Invert onto plate, & then again onto serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 12.
