½ cup butter
¼ cup lard
2 cups milk Homo
optional 1 cup water (boil and pour over butter)
2 Tbsp traditional yeast (dissolve with 1 cup water & 2 tsp sugar)
1 Tbsp salt (rounded)
Add approximately 5 cups flour.

Let rise. Then form into 2 little buns.
