1 lb chicken breast
1 lb chicken thighs
1 large bag Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing (or 2 small)
1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 stick of butter, melted
1 container chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in a large dutch oven with 16 oz of chicken stock and enough water for chicken to be submerged. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Allow chicken to cool and cut into strip. Retain stock and add additional broth to equal 3 ¼ C liquid.

In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Place into large casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Add 10 - 15 minutes if stuffing has been prepared ahead and is refrigerated.
