2 Tbsp yeast
2 quarts scalded milk (cooled)
12 eggs well beaten
1 heaping Tbsp salt
½ cup sugar
2 lbs raisins
1 lb white raisins
Add enough flour (15 cups?) to make a thin dough
Add ½ cup melted margarine to mixture

Let rise 1 hour.
Drop in deep hot fat (lard) using ladle.
