7 cups flour (approximately)
let dough sit for 2 hours

Filling:
1 package dry cottage cheese
3 egg yolks
salt and pepper
use hands to mix

Sauce:
½ cup butter
1 small whip cream carton
add milk as needed
boil gently until thick
