3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1 Tbs baking soda
1 Tbs ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbs vanilla
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened finely shredded coconut
2 cups chopped pecans

1. Heat oven to 350º

2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

3. Using a stand mixer, beat butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy

4. Gradually beat in both sugars and combine.

5. Add eggs, on at a time, beating after each. Mix in vanilla

6. Stir in flour mixture until combined. Add chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans.

7. For each cookie, drop a golf ball sized amount of dough onto ungreased baking sheets leaving 3 inches of space between each drop of dough. Sprinkle a little salt on top of each one.

8. Bake in 350º oven 15-20 minutes until lightly browned; rotate cookie sheets halfway through. Once finished, remove cookies and place on a try to cool.
