1 pound pork sausage
10 eggs, beaten
3 C milk
1 t salt
6 C cubed bread
2 C shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 t pepper
1/2 C diced red pepper
sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13x2 inch casserole dish. Preheat 325 degrees
Cook sausage.
Whisk together eggs, milk and salt.
Distribute half the bread into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese, half the pepper, half the red pepper and half the sausage. Repeat.

Pour egg mixture over.

Bake one hour.
