2 eggs, beaten
2 C Milk
2 C seasoned croutons
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T dried onion
1 T dried parsley
1 pound crabmeat
Salt and Pepper
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan.

Mix eggs, milk, croutons, cheese, onion and parsley. Stir in crab. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 1 hour.
