2/3 cup spicy, brown mustard
2/3 vegetable Oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 TBS dill weed
1/3 cup red wine or cider vinegar
1 pinch cloves, nutmeg, and black pepper

Cook all the ingredients over medium heat until dissolved and smooth
Let cool and refridgerate
Serve on sandwiches, as a dip, or as a spread on crackers
