Hawaiian Lamb Chops Recipe

4 lamb chops
1 (13 1/2 oz) pineapple chunks, reserve syrup
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C vinegar
1/2 Tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp shortening
1/4 C brown sugar, backed
1 Tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops in shallow baking dish.
Stir together pineapple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and mustard.
Pour over chops.
Chill in fridge at least 4 hours, turning.
Drain chops, reserving marinade.
Melt shortening over skillet.
Brown chops over medium heat.
Add 1/4 C reserved marinade to skillet.
Cover cook on low 30 - 45 minutes or until tender.
Mix sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan.
Stir in remaining marinade.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly reduced heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add pineapple and heat.
