16 oz mexican shredded cheese
(2) 8 oz pkgs cream cheese softened and cubed
1 bag mixed peppers ( red, orange, yellow)
1 large onion
1 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
1 lb ground beef browned and drained
corn or tortilla chips

Directions:

1. Cut onions and peppers

2. Cube the cream cheese

3. Put all your ingredientsin your 2.5-quart crock pot except for your chips

2. Cover and cook on low for 1 – 1 1/2 hours (make sure you stir it frequently)

3. Serve with your chips

I normally cut my cream cheese into blocks first and warm everything in a pan on the stove then put it in the crock pot to keep warm.
