1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ chopped jalapeño (seeds removed) can adjust for hotness
½ can mild green chile peppers
1 can refried beans
6-8oz salsa
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown the ground beef with the onions and jalapeños. Drain the grease.
add the green chiles and the salsa, and mix well.

In an oblong baking dish, spread the refried beans on the bottom of the pan.
Spread the meat/salsa mixture over that.
Sprinkle the top generously with grated cheese .

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
