Whole milk

Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa together in large Dutch oven. At sink run hot water and run a small amount of water into cocoa sugar mixture stirring until mixture becomes a paste then adding more until somewhat liquid. Remove pot and add the evaporated milk. Add vanilla and take back to sink running water into pot about half full and bubbly. Pour milk into pot to about two inches from top of pot or you can add an extra can of evaporated milk and not use milk. If using second can of evaporated milk fill the pot up with water to about two inches from the top. Simmer on stove, stirring often. Serve with marshmallows or a dollop of whipped cream. Makes enough for a large family! A family favorite.
