6 boards unsalted matzo
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup chocolate chips, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Line jellyroll pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.

Put matzo in single layer and bake for 5 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350º.

Combine butter and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring often. Cook 3 minutes and then pour over matzo.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Take out of oven and sprinkle chocolate over matzo.

Cool slightly, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Break into small pieces to serve.
