1 Sheet Puff Pastry

1 C. Granulated Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Demarre Sugar

Directions:
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter. Lay out the puff pastry, cover with another sheet of plastic wrap. Thaw puff pastry sheet for approximately 20 minutes.

Mix together the sugar and salt.

Open up the pastry sheet. Cover the first side with sugar/salt mixture. Flip over and cover the other side as well.

Fold the sugared pastry sheet into 5. Working from the outside in. Fold each section into 3 then fold together. Cut in half, then in half again so you have quarters. Cut each quarter in three. Place opposite of each other onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with damera sugar,
Bake for 10 minutes, flip over, sprinkle the other side with. Damera sugar and. Ake 10 more minutes.
Remove immediately to a cooling rack.

Preheat oven to 400º
