1 c sugar
½ c light corn syrup
¼ c water
2 c raw peanuts
1 tbsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10x12" cookie sheet w/aluminum foil.
In a heavy pot, mix sugar, syrup, & water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add peanuts.
Cook, stirring, until peanuts smell parched -15min.
Add soda & stir quickly. It will foam and turn golden.
Quickly pour onto sheet. Cool. Break into pieces.
