Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9" pie pan.

½ c butter
¾ c sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
2 c chopped apples
½ c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, blend in sugar & egg.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, spices.
Combine and beat til smooth.
Stir in vanilla, apples, pecans.
Spread into pie pan. Bake 40-45 min.
Serve from the pan.
