Ingredients
⅓ cup (80 ml) apple juice
½ cup (120 ml) almond yogurt, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 (130 g) medium apple, seeded, halved
½ teaspoon apple pie spice
1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary.
