Preheat oven to 375º

4 c rotisserie chicken
1 tbsp oil
1 sweet onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground cumin
2 (4oz) cans diced green chiles
1 (16oz) salsa verde, divided
½ c fresh cilantro leaves
3 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese,
salt & pepper
8 (8") flour tortillas, warmed
¼ c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, garlic, oregano. Stir in green chiles.
Remove from heat, add chicken, ⅓ c salsa verde, cilantro.
Stir in 1½ c cheese; season to taste.
Assemble enchiladas, ½-¾ c mix rolled into each.
Place seam side down in oiled baking dish.
Top with remaining salsa verde & 1½ c cheese.
Bake 35-40 min til bubbly.
Top with sour cream.
