8 oz uncooked spaghetti
½ pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped celery
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp basil
1 14-oz can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Cook spaghetti. Brown ground beef. Add in onion, garlic, green pepper and celery. Cook until soft. Add oregano, basil, tomato sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  • Spread half of spaghetti in an oiled 8-inch square baking dish. Spoon half the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cottage cheese, then half the mozzarella and Parmesan. Add remaining spaghetti, remaining meat sauce and top with rest of cheese.



Bake 375ºF for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
