2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Cups shredded American Cheese(White Cheddar)
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 Small package chopped Pecans
1/4-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Bottle Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and spread in a Spring Form Pan.

Chill at least 3 hours, preferable overnight.

Spread Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over the top, just enough to make attractive.

Can be frozen before and after use. Serve with crackers.
