6 medium potatoes, grated
l large onion
3 eggs
4 Tbsp flour or breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Using blender blend together potatoes and onions with raw eggs. Mix in seasonings and flour Heat large cast iron skillet with ¼" oil. When hot drop batter by spoonfuls.

Cook until brown. Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
