Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 T white sugar
4 T melted butter

Filling:
½ (3¾ ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1½ (3¾ ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1¾ cup milk (scant)
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups non dairy whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie pan to for the crust. If desired, bake 10 minutes in a 350º oven. Cool.

Filling: Beat pudding mixes with milk and vanilla until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker shell. Cover with whipped topping. Garnish: Shave sweet chocolate or candy kisses over the top.

Years ago there was a restaurant in the Cedar Rapids mall called Bishop's Buffet. They served the best chocolate pie. Not sure if this is their recipe, but it is pretty close.
