Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In our family, to celebrate each child's first birthday, a lamb cake is tradition. This recipe was provided by a life long friend of my mother's (Nonna) and hopefully, will be passed on to the next generation of children.

The Lamb Cake is also made for Easter as a table centerpiece.
