4-1/2 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
12 ozs. semisweet chocolate
12 ozs. German sweet chocolate
1 pint marshmallow creme (2 jars)
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil sugar, salt, butter and milk together for 6
minute, until temperature reaches 238 on a
candy thermometer.
2. Put chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts
in a large bowel .
3. Pour boiling syrup over ingredients in bowl;
beat until chocolate is all melted, and pour in
pan.
4. Let stand a few hours before cutting. Store in
tin box.
