10 lbs. uniform size cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
red bell pepper
2 qt. water
1 qt. cider vinegar
1/2 cup pickling salt
Bay Leaves
Fresh Dill

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and scrub cucumbers well... Fill each jar with as many whole cucumbers as you can get in. Add one clove of garlic to each jar, a few chunks of red pepper and 1 bay leaf to each jar-with fresh sprig of dill..

Mix water, cider vinegar in large pot and 1/2 cup picking salt.. boil until heated through.. (Can double this mixture)

Pour brine over each jar and cap with sterilized seals and rings.

Process in water bath for 10 minutes.
