Crust:
24 whole Oreos, crumbs
5 TBSP (72g) butter, melted
Filling:
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
9 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 eggs
1 TSP vanilla extract
Glaze:
2 TBSP heavy cream
1 3/4 oz chocolate, chopped
1 TSP corn syrup
1 TBSP warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and butter until all crumbs are wet.
2. Pour mixture into 9-inch springform pan and press down and up sides, about 1-inch.
3. Freeze crust for at least 20 minutes.
4. Filling: Preheat oven to 350*F.
5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat.
6. Add chocolate to cream and let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
7. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and salt into melted chocolate.
8. Pour filling into cooled crust.
9. Bake until filling is set about 3 inches from edge, but center is still wobbly, 20 to 25 minutes. (Center will continue to set as tart cools).
10. Cool completely in pan on rack, about 1 hour.
11. Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring cream to a boil and remove from heat.
12. Stir in chocolate until smooth.
13. Stir in corn syrup, then warm water until smooth.
14. Pour glaze onto tart, then tilt and rotate tart so glaze coats top evenly.
15. Refrigerate until glaze is set about 1 hour.
