Gingerbread Cookie Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 TSP ground cinnamon
2 TSP ground ginger
1/2 cup butter, melted
Gingerbread Chocolate Brownies:
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TSP vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 TSP baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
2 TSP ground cinnamon
1 TSP ground ginger
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate Drizzle (Optional):
2/3 cup dark chocolate, 100 grams
1 TSP olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350*F and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Cookie Crust: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and butter until crumbly cookie dough forms.
3. Pour into pan and press down to form an even layer.
4. Brownies: In a large bowl, mix butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
5. Add baking powder, cocoa powder, flour, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour the brownie batter over the cookie crust.
8. Bake for 45 minutes or until they no longer wobble in the middle.
9. Melt chocolate and drizzle over brownies. Place chocolate and oil in heat proof bowl and place over saucepan with simmering water in it. Stir until melted.
10. Drizzle chocolate over cooled brownies.
