1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
2 eggs
398 g pure pumpkin
1 cup (250g) brown sugar
1 TBSP ground cinnamon
1 TSP ground nutmeg
1 TSP ground ginger
3/4 cup (188ml) heavy cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare graham cracker crust following instructions. Pre-bake crust and let cool until needed.
2. Preheat oven to 425*F.
3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except pie crust, together until smooth.
4. Pour into a 9-inch pie crust.
5. Bake for 20 minutes and leaving pie in the oven, reduce temperature to 350*F and bake for an additional 50 minutes or until center is no longer liquid.
