4 thick cut pork chops
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 vidalia onion
1 green pepper
1 tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops, remove from pan and put rice in drippings. Add 1 soup can water and let marinate15 to 30 minutes. Drain rice and reserve broth; mix broth with mushroom soup. Place drained rice in 2 qt. casserole to cover bottom; place 4 browned pork chops on top of rice. Place a slice of onion, pepper and tomato on each chop and pour broth and soup mixture on top. Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour.
