3 pounds beef Sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 T chili powder
1 T salt-free seasoning
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
3/4 Worcestershire sauce
black pepper to taste
2 cups vegetable oil or for frying

(optional 2 T chili powder, 2 T ground ancho chili powder, 2 tea ground chipotle chili pepper)

Place the beef cubes into a large mixing bowl. Season with brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, chipotle powder, salt-free seasoning salt, liquid smoke ,
worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until simmering.

Cook beef in batches in the hot oil until brown on all sides and cooked to your desired degree of doneness, about 3 minutes for medium.
