6 T. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. coconut sugar
4 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1/4 c. almond butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c + 2 T. cocoa powder
8 scoops Orgain Vanilla SuperFoods Protein Powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. + 2 T. psyllium husk powder
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat over to 375ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine butter, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla, and almond butter in mixing bowl until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. If mixture is dry, you can add 1 T. milk at a time until consistency is reached. Use red ended cookie scoop and scoop dough, roll into balls, and place onto cookie sheet. Slightly flatten cookies. Bake 9-10 min. Makes 24-26 cookies.
