1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 cups icing sugar
1 cup short coconut
colored rosebud mints
Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese; add icing sugar and beat (low speed) until really smooth. Add coconut. Drop by small spoonful; roll in coconut and place colored mint on each.
