4 slices of bread
1 lb sausage
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread slices and place in a greased 9x13 pan. brown and drain sausage. layer sausage over bread, followed by cheese.
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350º for 35-40 mins.
cheese will rise to top.
