3 lb. chicken wings
1 beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 cup butter

Sauce:
3 Tbsp. soya sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
⅔ cup water
½ cup vinegar
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg and then in flour or cracker crumbs. Fry on medium heat in butter until crisp. Place in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
