2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine or Sherry
4 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 cups grated Zucchini (skin and seeds included)
1 cup White Raisins
1 cup chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all ingredients together. Place in 2 loaf pans or tube pan.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
