1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
½ c unsalted butter at room temperature
3 eggs
1 ½ c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 T. vanilla extract
3 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
4 ½ c. oats
1 c. mini M&Ms **
1 c. mini chocolate chips **

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2 – Cream together the sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.

3 – Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then beat in the peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until well-combined.

4 – Add the oats and mix until combined, the add the M&Ms and chocolate chips (or other candy you may have chosen).

5 – Scoop 2 to 3 tablespoon mounds of the dough onto the cookie sheets, spacing the mounds at least 2 inches apart.

6 – Bake the cookies for 12 – 15 minutes then remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.

**NOTE – I put in 2 cups of whatever. Imagination is the only limitation.
