1 ½ c. quick cooking oats
½ c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. margarine, softened
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x9 inch baking pan.

2 – In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and margarine. Beat in egg. Stir mixtures together just until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

3 – Bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean.
