1 lb of pork sausage
1/4 c. flour
2-3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
brown sausage, add flour, mix until paste like. slowly add milk. bring to a boil then lower to a simmer until thickened.

Serve over my mom's biscuit recipe!
