1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/3 c boiling water
1 c sugar
2/3 c Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
2 c (1pt) cold whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl; let stand 2 minutes to soften.
Add boiling water; stir gelatin until it is completely dissolved and the mixture is clear. Cool slightly

Combine sugar and cocoa in a large bowl; add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat on medium speed of mixer, scraping the bottom of bowl occasionally, until mixture is stiff. Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until well blended. Spoon into dessert dishes.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Garnish as desired. Store covered in refrigerator
